Lucky Sailing Vallarta - Reservation Cancellation Policy
1. Charter Rates & Capacity
Our private vessel charter rate is USD 175 per hour, with a minimum booking of 4 hours. Each charter can accommodate up to 10 people for your private sailing experience.
2. Booking Requirements
We require different advance booking periods depending on your charter duration:
– Regular charters (up to 23 hours): Book at least one day in advance
– Full day charters (24 hours): Book at least one week in advance
– Multi-day charters (2+ days): Book at least two weeks in advance
– Special occasions (weddings, proposals, etc.): Please contact us to discuss timing requirements
3. Available Discounts
We offer two types of discounts:
- VIP Discount: Subscribe to our VIP mailing list (found at the bottom of every webpage) to receive a 10% discount on your balance payment at the dock
- Extended Charter Discount: Special rates available for longer charters – contact us for details
4. How to Book

5. Payment Terms
– 30% deposit required to secure your charter date (payable through our website payment app)
– Remaining 70% balance due at the dock before departure
– We accept cash or credit card for the final payment
6. Cancellation Terms
- If you cancel your charter or fail to show up, your deposit will be forfeited
- No refunds will be provided if fewer people than booked arrive on the day of the cruise
- Weather Conditions:
– In case of unsuitable weather, we will attempt to reschedule based on mutual availability
– If rescheduling is not possible, the deposit will be forfeited
