What is the charter rate?
Our private vessel charter rate is USD 175 per hour, with a minimum booking of 4 hours.
Are there any discounts available?
- Subscribe to our VIP mailing list (found at the bottom of every webpage) and receive a 10% discount on your balance payment at the dock before departure

How far in advance do I need to book?
- Regular charters (up to 8 hours): Can be booked up to one day before
- Full day charters (24 hours): Require one week advance booking
- Multi-day charters (2+ days): Require two weeks advance booking
- Special occasions (weddings, proposals, etc.): Please contact us to discuss timing

How do I book my tour?
You can easily schedule your charter through our scheduling app available on our website.
How does the payment work?
- A 30% deposit is required to secure your charter date. This can be paid through our payment app on the website.
- The remaining balance is due at the dock before departure (cash or credit card accepted)

What happens to my deposit if I cancel?
If you need to cancel your charter, you will forfeit your deposit.
How many guests can we bring?
As the charterer, you can bring up to 10 people total on your private sailing experience.

Where do you sail?
We sail throughout the Bay of Banderas, from Yelapa to Punta Mita, as covered by our permit and insurance.
How long does it take to cross the bay?
A one-way crossing of the bay takes minimum 8 hours.
Can we stop at restaurants?
For longer charters, we include a stop at Las Animas restaurant.
When is your sailing season?
Our sailing season runs until the end of April.
Can we go whale watching?
Whale watching is available during season from December 15th through the end of March.

Yes, we can arrange shuttle service to and from the harbor for an additional fee.
Is previous sailing experience required?
No, our experienced crew will handle all sailing operations. You can participate as much or as little as you'd like.
What happens in case of poor weather?
We monitor weather conditions closely and will contact you if we need to reschedule due to unsafe conditions. Safety is our top priority.
